For many programs, one of the challenging aspects of managing cardiac amyloidosis is the identification of the patients who have this condition. It requires ensuring that all clinicians who may encounter these patients know what to look for not only in the patient’s history but also in echocardiograms, magnetic resonance imaging studies and PYP scans. This challenge is the topic of the “Multimodality Imaging for the Evaluation & Management of Cardiac Amyloidosis” Virtual Program, to be held on Saturday, December 11, from 7:55 to 11:30 AM (Central U.S. Time).
